No. Working with Lingo Professional is always free for candidates. Our clients — the hiring companies — pay our fee. You are never charged to be represented, interviewed, or placed.

Will my search be kept confidential?

Yes. We never share your name, resume, or details with a client without your explicit permission. If you are currently employed and exploring quietly, your search stays private — you decide who sees your information and when.

What kinds of roles do you place?

Permanent, direct-hire and executive roles for industrial and operational organizations — leadership, engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, construction, and skilled technical positions. We place from skilled technical professionals up through executive leadership.

Do you place temporary or contract jobs?

No. Lingo Professional handles permanent placement only. If you are looking for temporary, temp-to-hire, or light-industrial work, our sister company Lingo Staffing has those opportunities.

What if you don’t have the right role right now?

We still want to know you. Much of our placement comes from relationships built over time. If there isn’t a fit today, we keep in touch and reach out when the right opportunity appears — only with your permission.
