When you submit our “Start a Search” or contact form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, job title, work email, phone number, the role you’re hiring for, and any notes you include. We collect only what you choose to send us.

• To respond to your inquiry and scope your search with a recruiter.
• To provide our direct-hire and executive search services.
• To communicate with you about your request.

How it’s handled

Form submissions are delivered securely to our recruiting team by email. We retain inquiries only as long as needed to serve you and for ordinary business record-keeping.
