We handle permanent placement — direct hire and retained executive search. For temporary, temp-to-hire, or on-site workforce staffing, our sister company Lingo Staffing handles that, so clients get one partner across both kinds of hiring need.

How we work

Most of our placements come from relationships, not job ads. We recruit to spec from our own networks, screen for fit before you see a resume, and stay through the offer and onboarding. Our goal isn’t to generate interviews — it’s to deliver the right hire for the role, the team, and the organization.
